Magnesium??
My neurologist told me to take magnesium for my stiffness & muscle spasms. There are different kinds of magnesium, so which one is better? And is there a gummy form of it because I struggle with taking large vitamins/supplements/pills 😬

Magnesium Glycinate is the best absorbed form of magnesium, it also helps calm the nervous system, relaxes muscles and makes you a little sleepy. Take it before bed. I am pretty sure there are gummy or even powder forms of this that you can take. Good Luck!
I take magnesium glycinate in evening before bed as it helps to sleep. Not sure about any gummy forms tho never looked
