Always cold 🥶
I know we’re supposed to be sensitive to heat, but I actually like the heat. The heat feels better for me. However, I’m always cold, like my feet & toes, my hands & finger tips, always feel so cold. I feels like I’m losing circulation to my extremities or something. Please tell me there is someone else out there that feels this too or am I the only weirdo 🙃
No this is happening to me. At night I sleep with comforter and a another blanket to stay warm at night. So it’s not you.
@applejacks I have low iron so I stay cold, but I have noticed my hands and feet get colder than the rest of my body, so now I sleep with thick socks on at night, I keep my hands under two blankets at night, it works for me
