Cerebrolysin peptide (Everpharma)

I want to share my experience with Cerebrolysin. First of all: it's a pharmaceutical product manufactured by Ever Pharma in Austria and has been used clinically in many countries for decades. It's not a "research"pepetide from an uknown lab. The European Medicines Agency has declared it safe. It's approved in 50 countries. I take Cerebrolysin for my MS. I’ve had MS for almost 10 years now. I take 5ml intramuscular, usually in the glute. What I noticed was more mental clarity / less brain fog, better nerve feeling overall, and like my nervous system felt calmer, but my brain felt faster at the same time. I also felt better motor coordination. The biggest thing I noticed was speech and thinking. I could talk longer, make longer sentences without the “hmm” and “euhhh”, and without losing my train of thought. I could also talk quickly and still make sense, not just spit nonsense. I didn’t have any major side effects, except slight fever/chills after the first week of every cycle. But now I don’t really feel that anymore. I’ve been taking it since January 2025, around 5 times per week, but sometimes I skip a few weeks or even a month between one cycle and another. Another side effect I noticed is that I sometimes become overstimulated. Like I talk too much, feel more joyful, but also get irritated quicker. This usually happened around the 4th week, which is why I started taking breaks between cycles. But this also slowed down now and is not as noticeable as it was in the beginning. Also, sometimes I feel like I don’t need much sleep anymore. I wake up fully ready and mentally energized for the day. It’s not permanent though. It helps while I’m on the cycle, then after stopping I slowly feel like I go back closer to baseline. So for me, it feels more like neurological support / repair support, not something that fixes MS itself. About remyelination, who knows. Maybe long term it could help indirectly because it gives neurotrophic / repair-like support to the nervous system, and remyelination needs that kind of environment. But I’m not saying it definitely regrows myelin. What I felt could also be neuroplasticity, nerve repair support, better signaling, or less CNS stress. There are small studies suggesting it may help remyelination in MS, but it’s definitely not proven like an approved remyelination therapy. Curious if anyone else with MS has tried Cerebrolysin, Cortexin, peptide therapy, neuropeptides, or anything similar for brain fog, speech, fatigue, motor coordination, nerve symptoms, neuroplasticity, or remyelination support. Good luck brothers and sisters ❤️
