@watsoncraig yes that really interesting. I think you have to be careful where you get HSCT done. I think some places just want the money and spill typically treat anyone. I know a Neurologist Specialist here in Ontario Canada; Mark Freedman and he told me that PPMS is a difficult presentation of the disease to treat. Moreover, he said he could potentially work with my Neurologist to satisfy a certain criteria based on results of mri with contrast and If I fit the criteria I could be potentially a candidate for HSCT. So this while a bit scary is hopeful and interesting. This is still in its infancy and could get better because their always lest more with every practice/ patient.
