First of all change your cooking oil to olive oil forever. Also talks to Ms specialist, because I listed to many podcasts and Ms specialist said most of the time it is inflammations in the brain and you need steroids . You can’t get steroids over the counter, you have to talk to Ms specialist

My last relapse consisted of mainly vertigo..I struggled to leave the house for a week..it was a new lesion and steroids took care of it..wish you well
