Switching DMT

Hello All, I have been tested positive in JCV antibody(Index value 3.37), the blood sample was taken before my 1st tysabri infusion and results came 3 weeks after my infusion. Now my neuro is advising me to stop tysabri since the count is too high(PML risk) and switch to either ocrevus or kesimpta. Please suggest if anyone here had experinece in switching DMT. My main concern is high JCV count(PML risk). Which one is better in less PML risk? Also which one is safer in switching from tysabri?

Tysabri is the main risk for pml. Ocrevus & Kesimpta have no reported events . Both O & K work the same way but are delivered 2 different ways . Both as effective but work out which one will fit better into your routine . 6 monthly infusions O , or a monthly jab u do at home on K

@LisaJ45 I’m getting ready to start Ocrevus. My neuro advised me that Ocrevus is a shorter infusion time and at least in CT is less expensive than Kesimpta. I had the same problem after my first Tysabri treatment. And the PML risk kinda freaked me out. Lol. Good luck!
