So I’m switching from an oral DMT to Kesimpta, I have heard two different things on how to start taking it. Kesimpta website and information packet I got says to take it once a week for 3 weeks skip the 4th week then take the monthly one the 5th week. The pharmacist guy I had an appointment with last week and the lady from Dart Care said to take for 2 weeks skip the 3rd week and take the monthly on the 4th week? Now I’m CONFUSED.
