1st treatment

Hi So I haven’t had my first treatment yet as I’m going to meet with the specialist this week. I don’t handle needles well and IV treatment sounds scary to me. Are there other treatments instead of IV??

I take kesimpta. It's a jag that you self administer but it's like an epi-pen where you don't actually see the needle. It only takes a minute to do rather than being hooked up to a drip for hours

There are some tablet based dmds. Tecfidera and Mavenclad are the ones that come to mind, but there might be more.
