Both are suposta be good I take ocrevus infusions and been alright for me only downside is it takes hours so if that’s gonna mess with your life too much kesempta prolly be better. Ocrevus has an injection now that is a lot fast tho and is a at home thing so if the hours away from home is something you can’t do can look into that one.
