Have you been tested for EBV? I was very recently and my results showed that I have anti-bodies for it. As far as I know, I've never had mono! So either it was given to me by my mother or I did catch it in childhood, but was asymptomatic. Since I am on a DMT (Rituximab infusions), my ND wanted me to try an anti-viral medication since the DMT would lower immune functions. I feel like my energy levels are even better now with the addition. Just wondering what your experiences have been. Do you take an anti-viral? Does your doctor talk about the correlations between MS and EBV?? Does your neurologist talk about viral infections affecting the central nervous system? Thanks!
