Dealing with heat

My husband has MS and is really struggling with the heat. Says he feels like he’s going to be sick and can’t feel his hands properly. Does anyone else experience these symptoms? And does anyone have any advice for dealing with the heat?

Hi. Check out cooling vest, cooling towels and even cooling hats. Amazon has a good variety Mission is good brand.

Heat can be very debilitating, and should be avoided if possible. Cooling vests, Scarves, anything that bring the temperature down. Cool shower might help? Air conditioning works great 👍🏼. Walk in coolers at restaurants are also quite lovely!
