From my understanding it’s often pacing rather than fitness that’s the issue. Neurological fatigue is a different type of tired. 🧠⚡ You can be physically fit, strong, eating right and still overload the nervous system because the brain is effectively the CPU running the whole operation. If you red-line the body, it tends to pay you back with interest later. There’s a Goldilocks zone with MS. Too little activity and you decondition. Too much and the nervous system throws a tantrum. Mental work can be just as taxing as physical work too. A stressful noisy day or heavy concentration can drain me harder than some gym sessions.
I hear you. This disease doesn’t play fair. Try to keep doing what your doing, I’m sure your efforts will help you in the long run.
