Mobility fun
Hi, hope you're doing ok today.
Has anyone had any success with improving their mobility, either by exercise, lifting, doing more, doing less , etc?
I try to do more but the more I do the less I feel I'm able to do.
Maybe it's a recovery thing or I'm not following the right regimen.
Any tips/advice/anecdotes might help, thanks
I walk around the block every morning. π Some days if the old pins donβt feel so heavy, Iβll attempt 2, 3 or even 4 blocks. ππππ
