This is disappointing. This is my first time replying to a Shift event. I registered via a Shift email I received. Also, I replied to an @Kellyjc response for support and couldn't find the chat room. The link from her email response to me is forcing my laptop to open the Shift app. I don’t have it on my laptop. I’m trying to open the website. All very difficult.
