My wife doesn't have MS, but she has health conditions with some overlapping symptoms and so what works for her often helps me. She uses a neck fan and swear by it. I have one and used a few times but the blowing on my face when i was already hot made me feel really irritable. I’m someone who turns the vents off on a car ride tho so prob unique in that 🤣🙈 It does work tho!!
