Being in big/small groups

Do any of you find it hard being In groups? As I find carry information find it hard with difficult conversations!!! So frustrating!! And feel alone too as I just sit there and try and listen 🙄😤🤔. Find it lonely, frustrating and boring!!! Does anyone feel the same way?
