Teachers with MS? How are we impacted?

Hey guys, I’ve recently started my PGCE and have already caught my first flu at a primary school 🫠 I was wondering how teachers get on while being on ocrevus or any other immunosuppressant for MS. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏽
@Lizabeth

I’m a high school and middle school teacher who’s been on Ocrevus for 1.5 years now. I don’t get sick more often. This is probably luck of the draw, but I’m more aware of what I touch and the need to wash my hands/use antibacterial lotion frequently. Touching the stair rails really grosses me out! Good luck and try and get some sleep and keep your tank filled in the ways that matter to you. 🧡

@well well well

The masks of the Covid pandemic freed me to take care of myself better when I was in public space, social spaces. I did not get sick at all during that time. It’s a little socially weird to mask now (US) but the compulsive masking and hand washing were very good for my immune health.
