A few days post Infusion fever and body fatigue? Ocrevus

I had my infusion done 3 days ago but I’ve woken up today with pretty intense fatigue and fever symptoms. I’m not sure if I got unlucky and caught a flu after my infusion or is this something other people have experienced within a week after infusion?

I typically feel good an energetic after my infusions. Everyone responds differently.

Inform your Dr I know fatigue is a normal side affect it’s the fever symptom that has me curious. I remember them telling me to inform the Dr if I even had a tickle in my throat. I pray all is well and that this is just an adjustment phase and you’ll be flooded with energy and reversed symptoms. Was this the first full dose or the half?
