Ms face tickles

Does anyone else get this? I’ve had this all day long since I’ve had a shower washed my hair. Feels like burning

I've had dysesthesia for a few months, but mainly on the left side of my body concentrating on my face. It feels like sunbur. Clothes on my skin burn, and when I have someone brush past me and touch my skin it's agony.I haven't found anything that aliviates it .
