Hello Yasmin.I also have extreme heat sensitivity. I take walks in the evenings. I'm on a walk right now. I personally haven't found a solution even though I've tried many things. If you find one, let me know.

Littlest heat feels like hell. I hide from it as much as possible (inside in ac or fans, start car early so it can run and thr ac is cooled down)
