Hair tug/head pain

Anyone experiencing this annoying pain that feels like someone is tugging/pulling the hair from the roots? I got some novacane gel but that's doing jacks***

I get this.. it’s been horrible I’ve almost done a Britney Spears and shaved my hair off to stop it! I did cut it shorter for a while which helped

I haven't had any hair for the past 10 years so can't relate to your experience but in the early days of MS when I used to worry the anxiety would cause a feeling like a tight band around my head sides particularly my temples.
