I have lesions in my brain, the first one was found in 2023 during a brain MRI to see if I had any damage from an incident … that’s when they found the T2 flare left frontal lobe white matter …. now Now including a new one in the left periventricular white matter, near the posterior temporal horn . l have a demyelinating lesion in my spinal cord at T12–L1, and severe spinal stenosis at L4–L5 that’s crowding my (cauda equina )the bundle of nerves at the base of the spine that controls your legs, bladder, and yes I am having a hard time with urinary hesitancy ect…. I forget things mid-conversation. I lose track of time. I ask you the same question twice. Words get stuck, and I can’t find them. Sometimes people will speak and I’ll hear it, but I won’t understand it. IM terrified my body won’t always let me do the things I used to do. My next step is January 6th  and I believe based in my chart it’s just a consultation for an MS doctor… My brain MRI was done November 19 and I don’t have a follow up appointment until January 6 The only medicine I have been given since September is gabapentin 300 mg three times a day I get flashes of light I will look to see what it is and there is nothing there ...the fog will keep coming and then it lifts. I had the last set of MRIs done on October 19 but don’t get any answers for a treatment until January 6 anybody have any advice… Below is a video of I believe a focus help any help would be appreciated I am navigating this alone and I don’t know what I’m supposed to be looking for
