Dizziness

Hiya I am just wondering if anyone else has constant dizziness and how do you deal with it

Might sound silly but I combat this with eating, i find that i wake roughly 8am each day and need to eat no later than 1:30 (sometimes I also have breakfast - also this is not anything diabetic or so related). Food needs to be something like toast and egg or pasta, jacket potato etc. I found this to work for me approx 6 years ago and its now routine and really helps with my daily dizziness, again no later than 6:30pm unless I snack then can be later. If the dizziness is really bad then slow movements. Good luck 👍

I also find that if I make sure I eat properly then I don’t get as dizzy (or hangry!) x
