New lesions while on Ocrevus

I was newly diagnosed in the beginning of 2025. This coming up May will be my third Ocrevus infusion. I seen my neurologist on Tuesday, and went over my MRIS that I took a couple months ago and said I had new lesions. And according to her she didn't understand since she said I was on one of the best medications for MS so of course they took some blood in the running some tests but everything seems to come back okay. Now when I Googled new lesions even while on treatment it said it's normal within the first year basically the medicine needs to like do its thing and actually set into my body so to speak. Has anyone experienced anything like this?......... this past appointment I wouldn't consider it a great one since every time I go I see new people I guess you would say their nurses and then there's a training person with them and then at the end they go discuss everything and they talk to the doctor and then the doctor comes. Now this new person made me feel like he kept fishing for things. He would ask me if I have any problems with my memory and I'm like no, and then later on ask me a question I'll be like man I can't remember and he would say see that lets me believe you have memory problems. And then I mentioned to him about sometimes I'm in a bad mood cuz he asked me about my mood and that's like sometimes I'm angry and he's like we got something for that too like a medication. And then this man I've never seen him before he said what's wrong with your voice I can hear it and I'm like what you know absolutely nothing about what I sound like!

Ocrevus is one of the best meds for MS. I have been on it for years now and thankfully no new lesions. If you aren’t comfortable at the clinic you are at maybe try another. Get a second opinion and see if you like that facility and staff better.
