Out of curiosity
I have internal tremors really bad somedays, I know it's common to shake on the outside...I have yet to meet or hear anyone who experiences internal tremors ,is there anyone on here who shake on the inside like me?🥰

Yes! I regularly feel my brain is shaking inside my head when I wake up. Like a mini earthquake. One day last week I was so sure that my chest was shaking on the inside. Hard to explain really but definitely a weird sensation. Hope your tremors don't affect you too much 😊
That's terrible ,that's about the only place I don't tremor is my head I can't even imagine.it sucks because know can see me tremoring lol
