Being "Switched" to cheaper drugs

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/health/ms-tyruko-tysabri-drug-side-effects-nhs-b2754395.html How widespread is this and is it only Tysabri and (from what I read on another site) possibly Tecfidera affected at the moment? I would hate to be pulled away from Kesimpta and onto a "simillar" drug which doesn't work as well.
