Disability

I’m looking for advice on applying for SSDI. Long story, starting from 2006. They said I had MS by a spinal tap, after a third opinion… I was given the diagnosis of CIS. Years later, in 2022 I got the full diagnosis. Because of the years that has past, now I have PPMS, on a slow decline. I’m pushing closer to disability… I’m on a slow decline. Where to start 🤷‍♀️
@msalec

Are you still working? If so, do u have a short term and long disability policy thru your employer? I went out on my company sponsored st disability policy. It rolled to LT and the disability company helped me apply for ssdi. Also build a coalition of medical supporters willing to sign documents supporting ur disability claim. It may take years to get approved as well. I received two denials before I went in front of a ssdi judge who approved me.. I wish you all the best.
