Scared and confused :/

I’m sorry in advance… I use to feel like I lived a normal life. My reason for the fatigue was because I am a working mom with teenage athletes. My subtle blurry vision was because I was either dehydrated or it was time for my annual eye exam. I had one weeklong bout of vertigo and that is what brought me to a brain scan to rule out a stroke- but that was even just precautionary and we thought it was ultimately because of stress. Then the MRI results and blood work came back and ever since I’ve been diagnosed with MS I feel like I’m fake… the life symptoms I’ve been pushing through seem to be exaggerated in my head now. I’m worried to push myself for fear of- I don’t even know what! I honestly feel like my everyday life is normal and that maybe they mixed my brain scan up with someone else… which then worries me because I start Zunovo in 2 weeks and I wonder do I really even have Ms?! I just feel like a huge complainer now and I have no one to talk to because I think they all think I’m just complaining too. I’m just confused and was wondering if anyone felt like this? Like maybe they weren’t diagnosed correctly because I don’t have major issues like loss of eyesight or inability to walk- and has anyone started zunovo? Breast cancer runs in the female side of my moms family and people bring up the fact that it causes cancer! I know I’m rambling!

Definitely but look up optic neuritis which attacks in many forms. That was my diagnosis at 24.

I completely understand how and why you feel the way you do. My mri scans show evidence of MS and lots of it tho i’m not that bad considering what others go thru. We can never compare our ms. It affects all of us in different ways. A person can have just a few lesions and be unable to walk. Another can have a hundred and still function nearly normally. Im not on any prescription dmt and maybe thats a good thing, maybe its not. Who really knows?
