Ocrevus Patient Support Progam
Has anyone else found it very difficult to get help from the Ocrevus Patient Support Program? Here in Canada it is called Compass (not sure if it is the same elsewhere). My provincial health approved me for Ocrevus months ago. At first there was a delay to getting my blood work done but I got the doctor’s “all clear” a while ago and they still won’t enroll me in their program so I can receive an infusion.
The support from Tysabri’s program was amazing. I usually received return calls within minutes of leaving a message. I can’t get anyone from Ocrevus to give me any info. It is now almost a month since my last infusion of Tysabri and I cannot get any more. I have no idea how long it will be before I receive my first dose of Ocrevus.
After the initial program intake, they seem to only message me to confirm my infusion dates.
