@Has anyone had a MS Hug? I had one Sat. & It was so scary. I was in a child's pose till my husband came to help me lay down.I saw my chiropractor yesterday and he looked at me like I had 2 heard. So I was guessing that it was abnormal. So I asked Google and that was exactly what I had. Called Neurologist today and waiting for next step. It was such a scary feeling. on Shift.ms

I’ve had many and they can be horrific. Thankfully, most of mine tend to be moderate pain and excruciating pain is probably about 25% of them.

It can be very scary. It felt like I had an elephant on my chest! 25 years on I just have a slight stiffness on the left side of my trunk.
