Depression
Anyone else find it really depressing lately. Like life has been hitting really hard right now for me. But my depression has never hit this hard or this long. I usually can shake it and my emotions are crazy because of it. I don't know. I guess I'm wondering if I'm alone or if anyone else if feeling like this lately?
I think it comes and goes with the territory, but make sure you talk to your doctor or someone close to you that usually gets me out of the phone. Can always bounce it off someone here I’m willing to talk. I’ve dealt with depression for a lot longer than I’ve had MS. Good vibes to you,
@Triciak69 Ive has depression since I was 9 but this has just been really bad. Thank you for the advice
