Hi again, thanks for providing this. I wanted to put my two cents in that the dmts now on the market are showing great results and some live relatively normal lives for a long time with limited to no side effects. There is no diet or non dmt treatment that has the same efficacy. Once you have the damage, there is no going back. I am on the hardest hitting dmt to allow for me to live a normal life for as long as possible. Wanted to add this to your post as a disclaimer given that doctors highly recommend dmts.

Am happy for you some people rather not go on DMT … where I live I don’t have a list to choose from you are lucky 🙏
