I don’t know about you all but I experience MS episodes in this temperature of 92 and humid making it feel like it’s in the hundreds. I experience bowel issues, feel bloated,exhaustion, stiffness and joint pain. I literally have to rest for hours until I am somewhat better. And sometimes I need a day to get better.
