Quick and dirty foot drop help

Hi all, I thought Id share this for the foot drop sufferers. I much prefer my FES but this has a place. My neurologist said to avoid these if poss as they dont use your actual muscles to lift your foot up. However, if you're just taking the bin out or popping to the shop this is on in seconds and no faffing about with electrode pads. Fits inside my comfy old trainers too. The left hand drive one is a pound cheaper too. https://amzn.eu/d/dEdO2P8

That's so cool. Thanks for sharing. Didn't look into it yet because it's still not too frequent in me, but am super happy to know that there's such a simple solution! Thanks so much for sharing! 🙏🙏🙏

@jona if your foot drop is in the early stages where it comes on after a while I cannot recommend hoka trainers enough. Ive had several pairs and they make a huge difference. I have hoka clifton 9 at the moment. My foot drop is constant now but hoka still help. Its the way the soles roll rather than slap and theyre so light.
