Could some one give me some advice?

Good morning, everyone I want to start off by saying I’m 39 yrs old I was just diagnosed the 24th of Feb. So far it’s been a struggle definitely more hard days. I’m still not medicated because for some reason when it come to insurance and all it’s taking forever to get an approval. I’ve already had one other flare up and pretty sure I’m going into 3rd now. Any ideas what I could do what supplements I could take to help until I get my medication would be greatly appreciated

Hey Terry, the best thing i suggest is going on an anti inflammatory diet. Something like paleo. There plenty of those out there see what works best for you. I take more supplements and vitamins than I am comfortable saying. But try magnesium, vitamin d3+k2, turmeric, fish oil and b12 or a b complex. I’m on tysabri it’s worked really well and haven’t had a flare up since I was first diagnosed.

I agree with @Elvistr6 some of the stuff you can do is change your diet. There’s a lot of diets online that you can look at like the wahls protocol and the best bet diet on MS Hope. Quit smoking if you’re a smoker and try and get out there and get some exercise. As far as supplements, I’d say a good multivitamin, vitamin D, and some omega-3-6-9 multi oil. Some people suggest lions mane, or a good antioxidant like glutathione. It’s not that terrible, but you’re just gonna have to be flexible and make some adjustments to your lifestyle. I’m rooting for you!
