Yes, I rarely feel hungry and I lose weight all the time. I have a really busy life style. I’m always trying to gain or maintain weight. I will sometimes drink things like kefir or protein shakes to boost my daily calorie intake. I try and make a conscious effort to eat, even if it’s late or I don’t feel hungry.

I just shared with another, that I do fruity waters 🍉🍋🍊🫐🍐🍇 sometimes with cinnamon or other flavors and after I have drank the water 24 to 48oz I try to eat the fruit if it still tastes good 😊 it’s something and that is better than nothing.
