Whenever I feel down I think about how bad some people’s lives are, families living in 3rd world countries, people who have died in their early years, im not saying it will work for everyone but it helps me put things in perspective
I hear you, it sucks. I find exercise helps me a lot. I can’t run anymore (never particularly enjoyed it anyway) but walking, lifting weights & padel is a great distraction, or just being outside in the garden.
