What One Change Actually Cut Your MS Fatigue or Brain Fog in Half?
I'm Sylvester, and I have an RRMS diagnosis. Fatigue syndrome and brain fog are currently my major everyday challenges. I'm not looking for miracle cures; I'm just looking for doable, doctor-compatible advice. What was the one item that truly made a difference for you?
What strategies are you currently doing to deal with weariness, mobility, and cognitive fog?

Diet & exercise are HUGE for me. Also, I recommend getting your vitamin levels & hormones tested. I was low in B12 & Testosterone, after getting those corrected my fatigue was cut in half.
