Pain in hands.

How do you ease pain in the hands at night time? I’m currently experiencing pain in my hands I have compression gloves but they don’t really seem to work in that way. I use hot water bottle but as the weather is hot I don’t really want to use it. Any suggestions much appreciated.

I have the same but in my feet and Amertripterline works well together with completely avoiding dairy.

@RC83 I’m already on that for back pain but doesn’t do anything for my hands (or my back).
