Journaling/planning
I love the idea of journaling/planning but whenever I start I’ll forget a couple of months later. I find it more tedious than fun and I want to makes it more fun for middle. I need some tips and tricks to help me journal. To keep me motivated. Does anyone else journal on a daily basis (well try to)?
I don’t journal myself. It’s just too stressful for me. Hard for me to explain it but I almost feel like it is required when I try to start and I’m at a point in life where I’m not looking for anything else to “require” anything or anymore from me. If that makes sense. Lol.
I journal when my symptoms are particularly severe or good and note the food, activities, supplements etc. that I've been taking to see if there are any correlations.
