Where do people get their gummies from and how to know which ones are good? Holland and Barrett sell some but there’s a lot of choice. Did you tell your MS nurses/gp before buying them?

I would say buy at will & don’t ask. Just tell them after You may not enjoy eating them 30mg cbd is the higher dose, 10mg cbd lower. I’d go with 1 of each dose gummies & just choose flavours. Only way your gonna know what works best. Might get the 10mg dose and think they do nothing
