Abroad where? Where are you now and where do you want to move to? I haven't heard of any international health insurance. It's probably best to move and then investigate options locally. FYI most European countries don't require private health insurance. If you're working or otherwise contributing tax, then you'll be covered by the state.

I see you’re in the UK. You can get an EHIC card to be covered in the EU: https://www.nhs.uk/using-the-nhs/healthcare-abroad/apply-for-a-free-uk-global-health-insurance-card-ghic/ When I worked and lived in Asia my employer paid my private health insurance.
