Fatigue & Energy

Hi Everyone, I have a very good Community Neuro Rehab support service and recently attended an Energy Management Course where I picked up several good tips in respect of coping with fatigue. It was very interactive and led by the users rather than the professionals it would be worthwhile investigating if your local health service offers anything similar. I have come to realise that you only know about this type of support if you go out to find it.

I don't have anything like that around here. The only meeting we have are from the drug companies. They pay for a upscale meal and then show slides and talk about there drug and how great it is. Can you share a few tips that you picked up here? Potter

Each evening when I get home from work before I do anything else I lie down outstretched on the floor on my back, I am told this takes the compression that walking, standing and sitting can put on the spine and allows my spine to relax and take the pressure off- I do this for 15 mins. Apparently in Japan many workers do this in the middle of the day for much the same reason.
