Try herbal supplements to calm down the over thinking. Because no sleep is the reason for you balance issues when you’re walking. Or see a sleep specialist. I had insomnia for years until I found out I had sleep apnea.
It depends on what meds you’re on. Chamomile? Trazode? Medication that’s an antidepressant, but can be used for insomnia.
