Gym.. 🤔
So i finally made a gym membership but here i am questioning myself and picturing the worse..... but MS is not for the weak so gym is nothing right.. 🙄

The gym really helps. Stay disciplined and go. You will notice a difference. You got this.
I still go gym im 57 .I keep two dumbbells in my kitchen and use them when I feel like it .I was diagnosed in 2015 keep going regardless of ms .F.. ms .
