Neurologist versus primary care, doc
So I’m newly diagnosed in August. Probably should’ve been diagnosed 20 years ago, but I’m sure you all know that story. The thing that did it for me was my eyes. Double vision, wavy vision, can’t see shit vision in my left eye, optic neuritis also. Finished a five day round of steroids two weeks ago today. Yesterday I woke up with swollen puffy eyes. They hurt to move again and I have a fever that comes and goes. Kind of feels like maybe a sinus infection but I don’t know where the Frick I would’ve gotten it because I haven’t left the house in three weeks and my husband works from home and rarely leaves the home. Thinking I need to go to the dock tomorrow, but I’m not sure if I should get a hold of my neurologist or just call my GP. Thoughts?

Call both neuro and primary. If you have a patient portol send a message too..
I would let the neurologist know. The steroids weaken your immune system. Which may have left you susceptible to the infection. Your primary may not be as experienced with MS. Good luck
