Fatigue - sorry for a moan

Sorry to moan but I’m struggling for people to understand. I am sooo tired all of the time! I take all the vitamins suggested by my neurologist and nurse - lions mane, vitamin d, magnesium glycinate and I am still always tired. I’ve tried Amantadine for about 1 week and had to stop as it made my vision blurry. was supposed to have a call with my nurse a week after that and it was cancelled and still awaiting any contact. It’s affecting my job as I physically cannot stay awake all day and I can’t afford to be off sick or drop any hours so am at a loss as to what to do. Just wanted to get this off my chest I guess as I know there’s no miracle cure x

Magnesium glycinate is generally used to help people sleep and is usually taken before bed, might be worth switching to another magnesium bond. Need vitamin C in order to absorb the Vitamin D. Maybe a general supplement like centrum would work better. Also coQ10 is supposed to help with neuro degenerative disorders and could potentially work with the lions mane in order to regenerate nerve sheafs.

@Justadvice thank you. I take the magnesium to make sure I get a good sleep as the docs and everyone were trying to rule that out too. I will try the other things you have suggested too though, thank you x
