For me, after 20 years of MS, the fatigue has become a very specific daily cycle. I have a couple good hours in the morning, and then it starts creeping in. By noon or 1pm, I am totally exhausted (most days) and need a 2 hour nap. This gives me just enough boost to get through the evening, but then I’m ready for bed by 8pm. I feel like a child, but it’s the only way through it for me. Occasionally, a coffee mid afternoon is helpful. My doctor suggested a medication that could be used sporadically to help with energy, I believe he called it Provigil. I haven’t tried it yet because I just take so many medications! I even worry about holiday get-togethers because I worry about my fatigue and increased pain during those afternoon/evening hours. When it hits me hard, it is very difficult for me to “act normal”. It isn’t like just being “sleepy”. As you know, it is more like you just ran a marathon and want to pass out from exhaustion. I hope you get some suggestions from here or from your doctor.

I haven't found anything that helps me tbh....I can sleep 😴 most the day and still be super tired when I do get up!
