Just like a new game. New rules. New map. You don’t chase the old high score… you build a new one. Pacing is the strategy. HRV is the signal. Some days you push. Some days you protect. Both count. Garmin’s been like a quiet coach for me… Body Battery, HRV… it’s mad how often it knows before I do. Not perfect. But enough to stop me burning everything in one go. This isn’t about getting back what’s gone. It’s about playing smarter with what’s left. And stacking small wins… until one day you look back and realise New game. New high score 🖤
