MS Pacing Explained Perfectly πŸ€£πŸ’©

A bloke is on the toilet having a poo. Mid-wipe, he feels a sneeze coming. His body gives him plenty of warning. Any sensible person would stop. Not this hero. He decides he can finish wiping and sneeze at the same time. The outcome was apparently so horrific that the bathroom mirror immediately unfriended him. Which brings me to MS pacing... MS says: ⚠️ "You're getting tired." And we say: "Nah, just one more thing." MS says: ⚠️ "Seriously, sit down." And we say: "I'll be fine." Then 20 minutes later we're horizontal on the sofa, staring into the void, wondering why our legs have resigned and our brain has gone on annual leave. The poor toilet bloke ignored the warning signs and paid the price. MS pacing is simply stopping before you end up covered in consequences. πŸ€£πŸ’© Some lessons in life are taught. Others are sneezed into existence. πŸ«‘πŸ˜‚
